Debiting my account for a product without contract

I have a Motor Vehicle cover policy with them since 2010 with a Bucks Back Bonus after four years. The problem started when they debited my account for an additional policy for which I had no agreement with them. It was for R98-00 (on 17/09/2012) and I stopped it at my bank, after which they sent me an email about it. I said to them I would like to see the policy document. After going through the document sent by them I replied to say they must not debit me for that Value Added Product (VAP) policy as I am covered somewhere else. The continued to debit me and only cancelled the main motor vehicle policy. I sent them an email in Decemeber and they accepted their mistake and promised to refund me ell the money that was debited. For the main policy we agreed that I will have to pay a reinstatement fee of about R15, 00 and also pay the three months which were not debited when they wrongly cancelled the main policy. They sent me a new schedule with a new date of december 2012 which meant forfeiting two years of my policy. They continued to debit me for the VAP policy, main policy and R1225 the three months debit, in January 2013. I would like them to refund me all my money since 2010.
