I went into the Westgate Mall branch and asked them to delete my internet banking as I am no longer an employee and I am not using my internet, I gave the instruction to Anele in July already, I only now observed when I saw on my statement via cell phone banking that R59.90 went off on the 31/10, so I went back into my statement and saw R29.10 went off on the 30/09 also, I tried to view for the month of August but I could'nt view the statement for August. I want someone to cancel my internet banking and reimburse all my funds from month end july until present.
I cancelled my credit life for my personal loan at the promenade branch about 2 months ago, I spoke to Astrolita, up until today there is no feedback, no statement nor telephone call from Absa.
