ABSA - Transunion Incompetency

ABSA has never informed Transunion that a car that was paid in full in March 2012 has to be taken off my credit report. Now almost 17 months later while applying for a home loan i have to find this out, .

I have called and written to ABSA numerous times to get this corrected with no success. All they (ABSA) do is transfer me from one department to the next and write a mail to the ABSA ITC department. I cannot believe that a matter this important can be dealt with by a financial institution in such a pathetic manner.

If ABSA don't know how to use the Credit report system, they should not be using it at all.
