Having recently been a victim of an attempted automotive, our vehicle suffered severe damages that left our family in a tight spot. Luckily we were insured by Auto and General who promptly put one of their best and brightest on the case. We had the pleasure of having Danielle Annandale take care of us and she was fantastic throughout our ordeal. There was constant, informative communication, incredibly thorough coverage (from the towing, to the assessment and the organizing of a rental for the duration of the repairs) and a true sense of someone really caring about our needs and concerns. All though we weren't completely covered, Auto and General came through in the end and impressed my family beyond measure at their incredible service.
