4 months ago a person drove into my car while it was parked outside my home. Discovery's handling of this claim has been laborious and slow from the start. There were significant delays getting the assessment of the damage done followed by further delays in getting the authorization to perform the repairs. Following the very lengthy repair process I am yet again waiting to have my excess paid back to me.
This claim was not due to any fault of my own. Surely Discovery can handle this quicker and better. I have Life Cover and Medical Cover with Discovery and given this incredibly frustrating process I am now considering moving all of my business elsewhere.
