I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last night and reported this to Budget Insurance this morning.
The call centre operator was Milly O'Reilly. What a fantastic asset she is to her employer! She was patient, courteous, helpful, genuine, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
She made the claim very easy to process.
