I posted a compliant on the 18th of July 2013 about a rescission letter and got feedback from Janine that
the agents have been give the mandate to consent to rescission based on the fact that the debt was paid in full and older than 3 years. the reply was send to me via e-mail to contact Bridget M.Setlhako at Flemix for the rescission to be
done I have paid the R450 for it to be done and they say Capitec is not giving them the consent for rescission. I feel they have given a positive update on hello peter but have done the opposite in action.
