No SAA Voyager Double Points

I recently Applied for a Nedbank SAA Voyager Credit Card, at the end of August I received an email from Nedbank informing me that my application has been approved and that I need to sign the contract and my cards will be delivered to me, I duly signed the contract and e-mailed it back to Nedbank.

On 2&3 September 2014 cards were delivered with no pincodes, after we had to go to a Nedbank branch to have our cards coded we could start using our cards. We started using our cards from 8 September 2014.

On Nedbank's website it states"You'll earn Double Miles for all eligible* spend in the first month after your card is issued", for the month of September we accumulated 5997 miles (earning 1 mile for every R6 spend) After enquiring why we did not receive double miles we were informed by Yusuf Moosa of Nedbank that the cards were issues on 2/08/2014 and we only started using the cards on 8 Sep 2014 and that we are not entitiled to double points and were told by Yusuf that we need to phone card911 to sort it out

NOT acceptable as they need to sort this out and give me my miles

All while my Personal Banker Alescia Richen does nothing to assist
