FNB Gezina, 20 people sitting around and One or Two FNB staff members to assist at enquiries.
There is no queuing system, people just sit around, no number system, so anyone just goes before you or pushes in, people are just sitting around in chairs, you don't know who came first or last, its chaos...
People start arguing about who was first and who pushed in etc.
Geez FNB get a number system or something!!
