Again, only Nedbank to figure out an easy way to make money. Please note that when purchasing airtime using Nedbank's internet banking, the transaction fails at the end stating that the connection was not established with the service provider. Now the best is that Nedbank still deduct the money from your account and put bogus numbers on your statement description and not even what you entered as the reference. This is not as much a request for Nedbank to respond with the standard nonsense to say that we are aware of your complaint and no intent to resolve the problem or refund your money, but more to inform people of Nedbank's unethical doings.
