I have a home loan from ABSA. I asked & signed for a flexi bond. Meaning I can place & withdraw my money.
Every step of the way ABSA confirmed that it is a flexi bond
I just placed money into my mortgage account & now I cant withdraw from it.
Yet again I am disgusted that nobody can assist till Monday
I want my money back. This week I applied for a vehicle finance, Got approved but ABSA doesn't know to whom they sent the paperwork.
It cost me 2Hours in the bank, but no feedback. I decided to go with WESBANK
I want results, not more problems & every step absa makes an excuse after excuse, BUT we pay for every Freakin thing
I will not let this go. I want responses
