Nedbank investigator and Branch Manager prejudiced

I was forced to use a standard bank atm because the Nedbank branch that I opened my account at close to my home closed in a few months with notification. My card was swallowed with no request for a pin number to transact. After lodgng a compalint I was informed that my salary R1500 was taken out of my account. The first response from the Investigator was that I had been a victim of soft mugging but theres nothing that can be done because people should be aware of criminal activities at the atm. This man did not investigate because when I appealed his resonse was that I did not use a Nedbank atm, This means that he did not read my report yet I took tme of work to make one at the bank. Nedbank does not provide security knowing atms are dangerous and they placed me in this situation for shutting down the branch close to me. I opened this account in March 2013.A few months later it shut down. Why did they let me open an account and not warn me that the branch is closing. The overport City Branch Manager said there is nothing that can be done. I had no money for foof, rent, lights. The letter says that the Manager may refund for client retention purposes. Am I not valued being a Domestic worker?
