Before signing my contract last year for a loan and credit card as financing on my vehicle, the sales lady told me that I pay an amount on my installment as insurance, that when I'm retrenched I'll be covered in full.
Well a week ago, I was retrenched. So, I phoned African bank to tell them that I've been retrenched and asked how the cover works for my account. Funny enough, I'm being covered for only 6 MONTHS?!?!
If I knew that dishonesty is was what drives African bank's sales people to get commission, I would've rather gone with any other bank!!
This is ridiculous!! What happens if I don't get a job in 6 months from now? I'll be blacklisted just because some commission hunting, dishonest sales lady wanted to make extra money. Well thank you for your!! And thank you for the added pressure!! YOU!!
