I had a query (disallowed driver) on my policy for a while which was suppose to have been sorted out by a consultant. The consultant had called me to confirm that the disallowed driver status had been removed and I did not check my policy schedule as he had confirmed that all was in order. On Monday, my son(who is the disallowed driver on the policy schedule) had driven me to JHB to change my car. I had called Budget to change the car information and was horrified as my son was still loaded as a disallowed driver. In the event of an accident happening en route, was my claim going to be rejected because of a careless consultant who had not done his job properly? I was going to cancel my policy with budget. I had spoken to Ebrahim who had assisted and assured me that he would look into the matter and keep me updated. He had advised that he would have the disallowed driver status removed, which HE had done. I can see (from email correspondence) that he definitely went the extra mile to resolve my query Ebrahim had kept me informed every step of the way, which is an added bonus. I will keep my policy with Budget ONLY because of the excellent service received from Ebrahim. Thank you.
