Home loan processing almost 2 months and waiting

I applied for a home loan via the "apply online" section of the website, the fact is I have an existing home loan on a property that I want to cancel, with a home loan on a new property, the process has been a nightmare from day one, FNB constantly gets the facts wrong, I'm now "supposedly" waiting 90 days to cancel my old bond before I can institute the new bond (which is bizarre as new bond would supply FNB with more income per month), but you guys can't even get the right documentation to the Attorneys (twice you sent them the wrong documents and every time they request the correct documents it takes 48 hours - the attorneys have been waiting 2 weeks for you to get your act together) - they are more interested in supplying customer service than you guys and they're lawyers.

I click apply on the 29th of June and still waiting on this. I've banked with you for over ten years, I have all my accounts with FNB and I'm a platinum account holder, I'm getting seriously off at the moment, just please can someone on your side just show some competence and initiative and get the attorneys what they need so I can get on with life
