I went to african bank 3 days ago to apply for a loan after entering all my details and payslip and everything they told me i will be approved for a loan plus a credit card so i said go ahead. i called the next day and they said they waiting for docs from the branch which the branch sent. i then called later and then i was told its at the verification team and will be paid out today. we now call them and they say it has been declined but they cannot give me any reason why it has been declined. they already gave me the credit card and told me it was activated already. i am very upset because we have been waiting for so long and then we have to call the whole time and then i get told its rejected but i get no sms and no reason why it was declined. now i get told i must go back to the branch to re apply as my docs is in my maiden name and my payslip is in my marriage name but i did give them a copy of my marriage certificate so now i want to know why and whats going on??? i have lewis accounts too which is through african bank so they can see i pay my accounts every month!!!
