I wanted to split my insurance on my home contents between two different addresses. My current residential address and the address of the storage company where the rest of my home contents are stored at the moment. I don't know whether it is the call centre agent who assisted me who just didn't know how to do it, or whether it is really not possible to do it at Auto & General. The only way according to the agent who assisted me, was for me to get an additional policy, which is ridiculous. I'm in the process of moving my insurance to another company who can insure everything I want insured on one policy.
