Hello Peter

I write to pass my gratitude for the great service I received from Capitec. I had a loan with Capitec and while I was still owing the bank the company I was working for was closed down and this led to being retrenched. I informed the bank and sent all the required documents.

I waited for 2.5 months and I know waiting is not a nice thing to do as you do not know the outcome but, it was worth waiting for.

To cut the long story short, Capitec settled all my outstanding loan and I do not owe Capitec a thing.
