INTENTIONAL DELAY IN PENSION PAY OUT!

It has been a year and a half if not longer since I the first time submitted all necessary documents after my husband passed away beginning 2012. After phoning twice a week at least and couriering documents original documents 9 times to MIBFA I decided to take leave and once again use money that I as a widow simply don't have to go to Johannesburg from Richards bay and deliver the documents AGAIN!!! Last week I once again spoke with the Yangisa Shirley Mnyamana whom assured me that she had all the documents since it seems they always need something else and tend to 'miss place' original documents often. Even though her assistant who's had 'the file' for a year already just told me minutes before that I ONCE again need to submit all the document although now all of the sudden I can email everything and it doesn't need to be original. I was told a amount that will be paid into my account by Friday 2 August 2013 and I was assured that the rest of the money will be paid within 4 to 6 weeks max. I as expected have not been paid a cent and phoned once again. Only to hear the same story again about having to send the same documents again for probably the twentieth time. PATHETIC!
