I recently went through my FNB bank statements and this:
01 Aug 2013 - CHARTISLIF200310000909021750 - -161.00.

I followed up on this with FNB and this is the info they could provide me.

Telephone number: 0860 007 070
User Code: 3941

No one at 0860 007 070 can assist.
I have Nothing to do with ABSA or Chartis-whatever
Please advise on what this is, who authorized this, how to stop it and how I am going to get refunded.
