UNFAIR GARNISHMENT

This is unfair

i have been paying my account since December but why am i garnished all
of a sudden without being notified.?

my current balance at the moment is R2195. it was 6000 when i started paying last year, but now a garnish of
R6000 is just been submitted and processed without my knowledge. i never signed any documentation. i
don't mind paying since i owed you

i call the call center, collection department ans so on but all they do is just transfer me around. its been almost 2 weeks now without being attended. im given "THE TITANIC" number been calling for 2 weeks and no one ever answers

but R6000!!! totally unfair. i have been paying R550 since December and
the debt then was R6000 i payed and now when its low i have to repay
R6000 through garnish.

please help sort this out
