I applied for Rescission of Judgement via Credit matters on the 25th of April and was informed that the matter normally takes a months or at most two months (since both matters fell outside of Cape Town) to resolve. I have been calling Credit Matters or the attorney in charge of my matter (Oliver) since end of May to date to enquiring about my matter and have been tossed from one end to the other.
I have thus far spent more money on calls to Credit Matters than I paid for the rescission. I am at this point at loss for words to describe how disgusted I am by the level of customer service that I have received from Credit matters. i just want my money back as I am sure that there are other legit attorneys that can provide a more efficient service than the one I have received thus far from Credit Matters.
