Innovative bank's ewallet is so stone age

I was given a ewallet card by Gold bullion for selling my ring as they said it is the only way to pay me. I took the card and went to the atm and the machine could not give me all the money. After 5months I got a sms that FNB is going to charge me for ewallet.
When I called FNB support centre I was told to buy airtime or buy electricity to avoid the charges. When I say no I wanna cancel this card I was told to go to where I got the card, not FNB branch. I got the card in the Spouth of Joburg and now live in Pretoria, so i must drive 70kilometers just so I can close the ewallet.
That is bad service, worse that the worst government department. I just want "innovative" bank to take back their ewallet and leave me in peace, no threatening smses of me of my money.
