Prepaid airtime bought via internet banking

On 2012/12/10 I bought prepaid airtime for my wife's Vodacom cellphone via Absa's internet banking website. The transaction "hanged"a wile, but eventually went through. The amount of R29 was credited to my account, but no airtime was added to the cellphone account. When phoning the internet banking call centre, I was told to wait 24 hrs. I then sent an email with the complaint to the banks email adress, and got a reference number BD69CF7C.That was the last I heard from Absa. On 2013/01/14 I again sent a mail to Absa, but only got an acknowledgement that they received the mail. Up to now nothing further happened. I Fully understand that the problem may lay at Vodacom, but seeing that Absa took my money I hold them responsible. At least respond in a reasonable time period. It is now six weeks since I complained with no proper feedback from Absa.
