I've been Scorpion client for over 5 years and this month is the 1st time I'm trying to use their services but already I'm experiencing headache. I've contacted their call center with my case & they adviced me to open a case/file with Carletonville branch which I did but a week later I have not received any call from anyone. I've been calling Bonani since yesterday & their receptionist either tells me she's out on lunch or she's busy on the line. I left my contact details for her to call me back & I'm still waiting so my question is - IS THIS HOW SCORPION HANDLE THEIR CLIENTS CASES? All I need is legal services that I've been paying for for the past 5 years without utilizing their services. I need someone to speed up this process as time is not on my side and I need my case to be handled and resolved while still fresh. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE CAN ASSIST ME AS I'M A CLIENT OR SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR A BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER?
