Good morning, this matter has been brought under your attention at a previous instance. Due to the fact that you are indicating to other short term insurance companies that YOU have terminated a policy of mine, I cannot get any short term insurance company to cover my assets. The fact is that I have claimed for the same item over a period of two years, AFTER I have repaired the item at MY cost after it has been written off. You gave me the option: proceed with claim and get a notification against me, or cancel the claim. I terminated the claim AS WELL as my policy with outsurance and then you went behind my back and indicated that YOU have terminated my policy on my behalf, which is nonsense! I were not aware of the fact that if you repaired an item at your own cost and kept it on the insurance (and paid monthly premiums still), that you cannot claim again for the same item should something happen to that item. I send through documentation to the third party that outsurance got in to investigate the matter, that I did not want to proceed with the claim and also want to terminate my policy - no you go and provide different feedback to other short term companies!
