About a month ago I applied for a laptop on my cheque account. I had the most professional and friendly gentleman phone me in the evening with regards to processing the order. He also informed me that I could upgrade to a platinum account and did everything required over the telephone and even opened up the accounts for my children.
What a pleasure to deal with someone so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with everything.
Well done to that Gentleman, I only wish I had his details so I could send a personal letter of thanks
