Internet Banking for Discovery Health

When trying to load Discovery Health as a beneficiary, Standard Bank's Internet Banking rejects the input form with "Invalid beneficiary reference format used". I'm not stupid, I can type, I checked my membership number numerous times, and I tried it over and over. Discovery Health requires the membership number as a beneficiary reference when you do an EFT. I Googled this problem and it seems that I am not the only one. Please fix it. Fred.
