ABSA - bAD service and expensive

I have been with absa since 2008. Last year when i bought my car i went through my statements and saw that bank charges are as high as the sky! Never the less you get promised a package of only R99 a month etc! My bank charges came out to over R500 a month. I moved over to FNB who gave me excellent service! So much cheaper also! I stopped my debit orders. Went into bank in Wesselsbron, Freestate. Still theres debit orders going off. I get phoned weekly almost and get asked - can you talk? Your absa account is in arrears with over R7000!!! And why is that? Because of debit orders that still went through! Being rejected because i dont use the account anymore! When will I rectify it, thats all absa is interrested in! How much more do you want to take? No i can not rectify it anymore as im still trying to pay off other accounts as you didnt stop my debit orders as asked! And im just getting more and more in arrears! Now i must go in again to the bank to stop all debit orders. Why??? Because you didnt do your work in the first place!! ABSA gives you bad service and expensive! Thats why everyone is moving over to other banks! My bankcosts can not be what it is! ITS CRAZY!
