With last year's hail storms; I had hail damage to my house's roof, now the roof is leaking water every time it rains! SA HOMELOANS told me the roof was not maintained and that the damage is therefore for my own account. They tried to get that way out of the deal of fixing it, but my house WAS maintained, the damage was done due to storm and hail damage!

I will suggest that ANYBODY considering taking insurance out with SA Homeloans must PLEASE RECONSIDER to go to another insurance company - YOU ARE JUST WAISTING YOUR MONEY and I will NEVER EVER recommend SA HOMELOANS to anybody!!! I AM ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF CANCELLING MY INSURANCE WITH SA HOMELOANS - COZ THEY ARE JUST FRAUDS!!!
