Today I had to go in and apply for a loan again. I walked into the branch and was greeted with a smile and was swiftly assisted and helped. I have never in my life experienced better service from a bank or been happier with the overall appearance of the staff. Well done Capitec Bank Woodmead. You guys are always neat and friendly and ready to assist one in any matter as far as humanly possible.
I can honestly say that this branch and its staff is the reason I will recommend Capitec Bank to all my friends and family that I have not yet convinced to change over.
