I purchased the 2 key ring Breathalysers on the 31.10.2013 from Groupon. To date I am still awaiting delivery. I emailed Groupon support and I was told to call Courier IT as they couldn't get hold of me for delivery - when I called Courier IT they gave me a different story that Groupon had cancelled the waybill for my delivery. Manoj gave me an incorrect feedback and still gave me a run around.
When I emailed him back with the feedback he simply said that I can either wait or cancel the order. I wanted the goods to give to someone as a gift for xmas hence I ordered in October - I cannot accept the response I got from Groupon as their loyal customer. First you refused to refund the uMoja ticket which has expired now you refuse to deliver in time??? I expect the uMoja ticket to be refunded and the keyring breathalysers to be delivered in time before the 25th December 2013!!!
