Hallo Peter, I am really not so happy with Dealclick. On the 17th September 2013 I bought Sauna Pants and did an eft payment, I emailed the proof of payment and on the 18th September 2013 they e-mailed me my voucher as proof that I have paid for the Sauna Pants. The amount that I paid was R199.00 including delivery. After 3 weeks (14 days the period that i should have received my Sauna Pants, stated on their website) I called and Gugu Manako told me that my Sauna Pants have been dispatched and I told her that I haven't received anything, she took my number and said she is going to check for me what happened exactly and she will phone me back. She never called me back until today (17 October 2013) a month after I have made my purchase. When I call their office, the phone just ring and they never answers my e-mails either.
Please help me cause now I really think they rip people off. Its either they refund me with interest or they send my Sauna Pants.
