I bought Ehealth cigarettes on groupon on the 28/09/2012 and it was suppose to be delivered in four weeks. I haven't received it and I contacted Groupon several times last year with no response. This year they told me to contact the courier they used and the courier told me that the goods were taken back to Groupon.
I contacted Groupon again and I didn't get any response. Last week I asked that they give my money back and I didn't get any response again.
I'm really irritated by the lack of customer service that Groupon has given me.
