I have waited 8 - 9 weeks now for a set of headphones. I inquired after 5 weeks of payment and the following message was sent to me: "We regret that your purchase option is no longer available. We have tried our utmost best over the last few weeks to source this product for you. We have however found alternative headsets that you are able to choose from. Please see images attached and if any of them suffice as a replacement, kindly respond with the image of the option you have chosen."
I chose a different set of headphones and 10 weeks later I still have no headphones and then I get send a survey to ask feedback of their support team. What feedback, I know they will probably not respond to my complaint but so you all know... deal with Groupon SA at your own high risk
