Contracted LeatherAid to collect leather suite to RESTORE & RECOLOUR - were called back as the leather was splitting and flaking - on inspection, the technician admitted that the job had not been done correctly - took cushions away to re-do - returned cushions and worked 'on-site' to 'fix-up' ...
