On 29/11/2012 I placed my first order via the web and paid in full. On 19/12/2012 I did a follow up and no order or any details thereof could be found. 3 emails to various people and 3 calls to different people and no help. On 03/01/2013 my account number was confirmed, but still no items on order ...
