FIRST THE SWITCHBOARD LADY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS, WHEN I ASKED HER THE E-MAIL ADDRESS, SHE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON. I LISTENED TO MUSIC FOR ALMOST 2 MINUTES, AND THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD.
