Have been trying to access my online profile for over an hour. No resonse, just hangs but MOST ANNOYING is that there is no ERROR MESSAGE to say site is down. After long wait for help at call centre was told.."Oh yes we know, its been down for quite a while now.."... How much IQ does it ...
