I don't even have enough space for all of the complaints I have! Nurses, matrons and cleaning staff are rude, tactless, disrespectful and have no problem waking up a sleeping patient any time of the day or night. The dusbins gets cleaned at 9.30pm! The ward is in absolutely chaos at 10pm, and no ...
