THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY REGARDING ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMER CARE QUERIES. I ORDERED TICKETS FOR A FESTIVAL - THE FIRST PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 26/07/2013 AND THE OTHER ON THE 9/07/2013 - FOR ONE SPECIFIC DATE THE 28/09/2013. I SENT AN EMAIL THROUGH TO THEM - TOOK THEM TWO FULL WEEKS TO GET BACK ...
