Topup cover didn't cover my full claim!!
I have 3 complaints. First: The service received from the consultants at Absa insurance is terrible. I sent my AOL on 13/12/2013, claim number 2510638. I was told I'd have feedback within 3-4 working days. After the 4th day no one contacted me. I had to call them for follow ups every other day but ...
