I am struggling to get hold of any of your consultants and have frankly been receiving very poor service. I would like to get a tax invoice for a stay at the Tropicana hotel that we booked through your group. I can however not get this as the Tropicana says they have not yet been paid by you. This was in February, the 18th to the 21st to be exact. The booking was under my name, and we paid before our stay. I can't get hold of any of the consultants that I previously spoke to, the numbers don't exist, I also can't call your head office as no one answers. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I hope this complaint gets your attention as no other means has.
