Accident and no communication

I am currently sitting in a city to city coach. We have been in a minor accident. But since the incident occurred the bus driver has not once told us his plan of action. We are now sitting outside the Peddie Police Station with no clue of whether another coach will be coming to get us or how long it is going to take us to get going. Some of us have made travel arrangements for when we arrive at our destination and those might fall through. Now we must try make other arrangements and possibly have to pay for those. This is absolutely not fine. As a customer I feel that I should be kept in the loop and be given approximation of times.
