Last few weeks I logged a complaint following a very unproffessional behaviour from Wilge Plaza tollgate cashier, Mr Kubheka and his crew. No feedback updates received up to so far, only a call from Johan stating he received the complaint. I need to know the investigation progress. That behaviour is totally unacceptable.
