I recently travelled to and from J South africa to Dubai on Emirates airlines
1. The flight left Durban At Aby 19:30. Passengers were served with meals only 3 hours later.
My 84 yr old mum was very hungry. When the food did arrive, it was of a poor quality. I cannot understandwhy the roll that is served is rock hard . i cannot understand that it is still being served more than 10 years later.

2. On our return trip from Dubai. we checked in at 01:00. Mum was in a wheelchair, taken to a lounge. 45min later taken to another lounge right across the terminal. another half an hour later to another terminal. All this took all the time until we boarded the plane. In all this my mum slipped and fell.
3. Only a snack and breakfast was served, same hard, rock roll.. The quality of food must be re looked at
