Attempt to cater for us. The reserve is in such a remote place that if I had to cut my honeymoon short as a result of an allergic reaction, I would have been furious and was just not willing to take a chance. The game reserve did not have much game besides a few buck, snakes and birds that we saw. The food that my husband ate was not very impressive or gourmet. For the money that they charge they did not even have decaff coffee. The lights are switched off at 10 at night, and we had the lights going on and off during the day. The
Cleaning staff did not even replace the shampoo and conditioner or beverages that we used. Definitely not going back. The money you pay does not justify the service or the accommodation that you get. I emailed the manager and still have not had a response, that was about 2 weeks ago. So doesn't look like they really interested in pleasing there customers. There's no shops close by and if you do not have enough food or drinks its take you an hour and a half to get to the closest shop. We paid for two days, but left after the very first night.
