I joined MDC a couple of years ago.
This was one of my biggest mistakes EVER!!!
Poor service was one but of the issues.
It took them a year to send me a password, which did not work and when i tried to cancel it, they asked me for a full financial statement and balance sheet, of which is none of their business.
I tried for 4 months to get hold of someone to assist me with what to do.
Amazing how fast you get contacted if you stop a debit order...
Now I have to either sell, or find somebody to sell the points I have, which I don't even know how many...
MDC is really Ridiculous
