I am very with what the queeu marshalls are doing at the rank- i work in Garsfontein and it is my 6th year, i have been using a taxi everyday. there is brooklyn, fairie glen then garsfontein queeu. Brooklyn and fairie glen are given taxis more frequent than garsfontein, if we are lucky, we get two taxis whereas other lines get up to 9 taxis at a go. when we complain queeu marshall have a nerve to tell us to buy our own cars or tell our husbands to drive us to work- how dare they talk to us like that when they are service provider? today it was worse- Mashigo gave brooklyn 9 taxis at a go- then Willie tried to tell him what he is doing is wrong- he shouted at him. imagine standing at a Queue, someone passes you, and will go before you because he/she goes to brooklyn or fairie glen. i dare you all office bearers to go to the rank during morning peak hours and see what is happening- i dare you now- ask anyone who works at garsfontein the frustration we go through every morning! the whole taxi will be calling their employers to say they are late- u dont even have website- your office numbers are not working- what do we do as commuter to voive our complains?
