I would like to compliment Kimira and Shirene who were at the Mango check -in counters on Friday 31/01. I had not booked a seat through Mango, but through Kulula. On our arrival at ORT we realised that the ticket to Cape Town was from Lanseria not ORT. Needless to say, I was hysterical. These two ladies went out of their way. They made suggestions, they tried to help me in any way possible. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist as all flights were full, but their compassion and caring was more important than anything. This is what service should be. A huge thank you from a grateful passenger.
